For PU variants (Classic and Upgraded), MOQ is 100 pieces. For Velvet and Jacquard variants, MOQ is 200 pieces. Sample orders have no MOQ — you can order a single piece to test.

Yes, we strongly recommend sampling. PU variants are free of charge and you pay only the shipping cost (USD 35–65 depending on destination). Velvet and Jacquard samples with custom logo are charged at a reduced unit cost, and the fee is refunded against your bulk order. Sample turnaround is 5–7 days for PU, 7–10 days for Velvet/Jacquard.

Samples take 5–7 days for PU variants and 7–10 days for Velvet or Jacquard. Mass production typically takes 20–30 days depending on order quantity and finish complexity. Lead time is confirmed in your formal quote.

Yes. We support gold foil, embossed, silk-screen and woven jacquard logo applications. Custom Pantone color matching is available for orders of 300 pieces or more (per color). For woven jacquard (Variant D), your logo can be woven directly into the pattern itself — minimum 300 pcs for woven logo.

We ship worldwide by sea (FCL / LCL), air freight and express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS). Samples ship via express in 5–7 days. Bulk FCL typically takes 25–35 days to US/EU ports, plus customs clearance. We can quote CIF, FOB or DDP terms depending on your preference.

For samples: 100% upfront by T/T or PayPal. For bulk orders: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against shipping documents. L/C at sight is accepted for orders of USD 20,000 or more.

Yes. We conduct in-line inspection during cutting, stitching and lining, plus a final random inspection before packing. Pre-shipment photos of finished goods and bulk cartons are sent to the buyer for approval before container loading.

Yes. We offer both OEM (manufacturing to your design) and ODM (designing for you). For ODM, our in-house designers can mock up the box silhouette, internal layout and brand identity for your review. There is no design fee for orders of 1,000 pieces or more.

Each box is individually packed in a protective polyfoam sleeve, then packed in a 5-ply export carton. For Amazon FBA orders we can apply FNSKU labels and suffocation warnings on each unit. Carton markings, palletization and Amazon-receipt-ready documents are all available on request.
