Terms of Service
Plain-English terms covering quotes, samples, orders, intellectual property and liability.
1. Quotes
All quotes provided by Misslanonly are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise noted in writing. Unit prices depend on quantity, material, customization and destination port.
2. Samples
- PU variants are free of charge; the buyer pays shipping.
- Velvet and Jacquard samples with custom logo are charged at a reduced unit cost; the fee is refunded against subsequent bulk orders of 1,000+ pieces.
- Sample shipments are insured; tracking is shared by email.
3. Bulk orders
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pcs for PU variants, 200 pcs for Velvet and Jacquard.
- Order confirmation requires a 30% deposit; balance is paid against shipping documents (T/T).
- L/C at sight is accepted for orders of USD 20,000 or more.
- Pre-shipment photos are shared for buyer approval before container loading.
4. Shipping terms
We ship FOB, CIF and DDP to most major ports worldwide. Shipping cost, insurance and estimated lead time are quoted per order.
5. Custom designs & intellectual property
- The buyer warrants that any artwork (logo, illustrations, brand name) provided to Misslanonly is owned or licensed by the buyer.
- Misslanonly retains the right to photograph and reference finished customer projects for internal quality and marketing purposes, unless the buyer requests otherwise in writing.
- All original Misslanonly designs (silhouettes, internal layout templates, photography) remain the property of Misslanonly.
- The Misslanonly® word mark is a registered trademark owned by Shenzhen Kingsida Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Nothing on this website or in these terms grants a licence to use it: authorised distributors and marketplace sellers receive separate written permission on request.
6. Quality & claims
Claims for visible defects must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by photographs. We resolve quality claims via replacement, repair or credit on the next order.
7. Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Product specifications may evolve with manufacturing improvements; current specs are confirmed in each formal quote.
8. Governing law
Orders are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Disputes are resolved through friendly negotiation first, then arbitration if necessary.
