Misslanonly® is a registered trademark owned by Shenzhen Kingsida Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The legal entity behind the brand — the company named on our business licence in Shenzhen, China.
All quotations, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists and export documents are issued in this name. Contracts and payments are made with this entity.

Ask us for the record
Email Misslanonly@outlook.com with your company name and the marketplace or platform you sell on. We send the trademark registration certificate, and a signed authorisation letter if you are listing our products.
Platform brand-protection and due-diligence teams receive the same package, plus a confidentiality agreement where their process requires one.
Check that the names line up
The registrant on the certificate is Shenzhen Kingsida Electronic Technology Co., Ltd — the exact name that appears on your quotation, invoice and packing list.
That match is the point: the brand you are buying, the trademark protecting it and the company shipping your cartons line up in one entity.
Using the Misslanonly® trademark
If you resell or distribute our products, these are the house rules.
Authorised distributors may
- Use the word mark Misslanonly® in listings, catalogues and advertising for products bought from us.
- Use our product photography, specification data and packaging images supplied by our sales team.
- Request a signed authorisation letter for marketplace brand-registry or gating purposes.
Authorised distributors may not
- Alter, abbreviate, translate or re-typeset the mark, or combine it with another brand in a way that suggests a joint venture.
- Apply the mark to products not manufactured by us — including look-alike boxes sourced elsewhere.
- Register the mark, or a confusingly similar variant, as a domain name, company name, marketplace store name or social handle anywhere in the world.
Buyers who want their own brand on the box instead of ours are welcome to it — that is a standard OEM order. In that case we produce the goods under your mark and ours never appears on the product.
Reporting counterfeit or unauthorised use
We actively enforce our mark on marketplaces and in wholesale channels.
If you believe a listing, seller or website is using the Misslanonly® name without authorisation — or selling boxes presented as ours that are not — please tell us:
- Email Misslanonly@outlook.com with the subject line Trademark report.
- Include the link, screenshots, seller name and the date you observed it.
- We acknowledge reports within two business days and cooperate with platform brand-protection programmes and customs authorities where a case is substantiated.
Our own customers are never penalised for reporting: authorised distributors who spot a copy of their own custom design in the market are exactly who we want to hear from.
