Most of our buyers start with one sample, approve a bulk order, then reorder. Here is what that path looks like in practice.
PU styles start at 100 pcs; velvet surface and large jacquard start at 200 pcs. If you want your logo woven into the jacquard pattern rather than stitched on, the minimum is 300 pcs. Mixed orders across styles are welcome — a single order can contain several variants.
Sample lead time is 5–7 days for the PU styles and 7–10 days for velvet surface and large jacquard. Send a photo of what you have in mind and we will match it, or ask us for the current sample fee structure.
Send artwork in AI / PDF / PNG (vector preferred). We confirm the layout on the box within 24 hours and produce a physical sample so the Pantone colour is locked before bulk production starts. Available decoration depends on the finish: gold foil and silk-screen on PU, embossed on velvet, woven or embroidered jacquard.
Bulk production runs 20–30 days depending on style and quantity. Goods are packed polybag plus master carton; FNSKU labels and retail-ready packing are applied on request. We photograph every bulk shipment before it leaves the factory.
Unit prices are tiered by style, quantity and decoration, and shipping depends on your destination port. Send us your target quantity and market and we will come back with a written price list rather than a headline number that would not survive contact with your actual order.
