This page explains what information misslanonly.com collects, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry or sample request form on this site, we collect:
- Name, company, email address, WhatsApp number.
- Your message, target quantity, and product interest.
- Optional country and lead-time preferences.
We do not collect payment information on this site. Wholesale orders are processed offline via email or phone.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry within 24 hours (typically much faster).
- To send a quotation, sample, or shipping documents you have requested.
- To send occasional follow-up messages about the inquiry you sent. You can ask us to stop at any time.
3. Where the data goes
When you submit an inquiry or sample request, what you typed is saved to a private database record so our sales team can keep track of it and reply. That record is readable only through our own password-protected administrator account. It is never published on this website, never sold, and never shared with third parties for marketing.
If the database cannot be reached for any reason, the form instead prepares an email in your own mail client addressed to Misslanonly@outlook.com, so your message is never lost. The text you typed may also be kept in your browser's localStorage so the form does not lose your input if the page reloads — you can clear that at any time by emptying your browser data.
4. Third-party services
This site does not load third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or external trackers. In the future we may add privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible / Umami) — when we do, this page will be updated.
To run the site we use a hosted application platform that provides the database, the file storage and the writing assistant used internally by our own staff. It acts only as our data processor: it holds the enquiry data described above on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. No enquiry data is used to train any third-party model.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EU, UK or California you can request:
- A copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion of your data from our records.
- Correction of inaccurate data.

6. Cookies
This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies, and ordinary visitors receive no cookie at all. Two things may be stored in your own browser: the optional form draft in localStorage described above, and — only if you sign in as the site administrator — a session that keeps you logged in. Visitors who never sign in are unaffected.
7. Data retention
We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months for the purpose of re-engagement. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
